Born in 1984 in Kalandula, in the province of Malanje. He holds degrees in history and geography and in economics and management, followed by higher studies in international relations. He entered the civil service by competitive examination and served in customs control and public revenue collection, before chairing the COMTELL Board and organising Africa Builds Tech.

Financial Services Administrator and, since September 2024, Adviser to the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire. More than ten years across sovereign public finance, capital markets and strategic decision-making: Eurobond issues, Côte d'Ivoire's first sovereign ESG framework, climate finance, and the integrated debt and treasury management system. Trained in France, she began in asset management at Swiss Life Asset Management and BNP Paribas.

A business leader and entrepreneur with more than nineteen years of international experience in investment, trade and large-scale business development. Her career spans India and the Middle East: chambers of commerce, industry, infrastructure and investment holdings. She holds a PhD in Business Management from Sorbonne University and a Diploma in Computer Science.
